To be continued ... DK 2016 70787 A1 DK 2016 70787 A1 i Device for counteracting foil wrapping FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a device for counteracting foil wrapping for an apparatus for packaging articles wherein the packaging is formed of at least one web material conveyed over at least one pull roller. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In connection with the packaging of various products, it is generally known to use machines in which the packaging is formed of a web material, typically foil webs or paper webs on rolls. Different embodiments of these machines are used. Some have a vertical fill and others have a horizontal fill. For example, the vertical filling process of coffee and potato chips is used, in which the packaging - a bag - is formed by a foil web which is led from the top down to the filling station, while other products such as ice cream sticks or another form of confectionery are packaged lying down and a foil web is formed for a tube around the product by making a longitudinal joint, and subsequently a transverse joint and any separation of the joined products. Typically, each web material is conveyed individually over a tow roller, where the tow roller is often common to several individual lateral webs, and the machine's control and control units ensure that the web material is fed as needed. Thus, if there is no need and thus no item to be packaged in a single run, there is therefore no need to carry additional runway material in that run. Therefore, when there is no thrust, the web material abuts against the tow roller, which can have the unfortunate consequence that the web material can wrap around the tow roller, making a non-scheduled machine stop a necessity. Known anti-foil winding devices are known in which the devices are inflexible rails adapted to the rollers' profiles, where during operation there is no contact with either web material or pull rollers where the devices minimize the risk, DK 2016 70787 A1 but is not able to prevent the foil winding from occurring in practice, where foil can thus get trapped between a device and a rolling roller. The object of the invention It is thus the object of the invention to provide an easy, safe and functional device which effectively counteracts and completely eliminates the possibility of a web material wrapping around a pull roller. This allows the operation of the plant to be adapted to the current capacity needs without simultaneously increasing the risk of an unplanned machine shutdown. Description of the Invention According to a first aspect of the invention, the above-mentioned object is achieved with a device for counteracting foil wrap for an apparatus for packaging items as initially described and as described in the preamble of claim 1, wherein the packaging is formed from at least one web material. conveyed over at least one tow roller, and wherein the device is positioned relative to the tow roller and at least partially rotates around the tow roller. The pull roller usually has a friction material, in the form of, for example, O-rings or silicone tubing, where the friction material is preferably fixed in grooves or recesses in the pull roll to prevent the tipping material from moving in the axial direction of the pull roll. The invention makes it possible to place the device as desired and possible on the tow roller itself or anywhere in relation to the tow roller. The device may, for example, be a ring which can be placed around the tow roller, and thus at least partially go around the tow roller and rotate with it. The device may also be secured to a machine element and from there go at least partially around the tow roller, and thus not as such rotate relative to the tow roller. That is, there is a possibility that the device may either be positioned with a center axis that is congruent with the center axis of the drag roller, or that the device may DK 2016 70787 A1 have at least one point of attachment located at a distance away from the center axis of the pull roller, but from which the device at least partially extends around the pull roller. The device works by pushing the web material away from the tow roller when there is no thrust in the web material and where the web material would otherwise simply abut against the tow roller, with the risk that the web material will wrap around the tow roller. In another aspect, the present invention also relates to a device for counteracting foil winding, wherein the device is located directly or indirectly on an adjusting element positioned relative to the pull roller. This allows, in addition to positioning the device with at least one attachment point located at a distance away from the center axis of the pull roller, as previously mentioned, it is also possible to adjust the position of the device. The device may be fixed or interchangeable directly on an adjusting member or alternatively on a rail or other device mounted on an adjusting member, the adjusting member being positioned preferably parallel to the draw roller. The present invention also relates in a third aspect to a device for counteracting foil winding, the device comprising at least one resilient element. This makes it possible to determine, with the help of a spring material and tension, the force of the device to act on the web material. For example, the resilient member may be a ring, such as a piston ring, a seeker ring or a ring with one or more resilient members. The present invention also relates, in a fourth aspect, to a device for counteracting foil winding, wherein the at least one resilient element extends at least partially around the pull roller. This makes it possible to use parts of a resilient ring, such as a three-quarter ring with 270-degree abutment roll or a 360-degree healing ring, two or more part rings or similar constellations. DK 2016 70787 A1 The present invention also relates, in a fifth aspect, to a device for counteracting foil winding, wherein at least partial rotation of the adjusting element adjusts the spring tension of the at least one resilient element. (This makes it possible to adjust the device attached to an adjusting element, whereby the adjusting element can be used to fine-tune the tension of the ring member. Thus, there may be parts of a resilient ring attached to the adjusting element and where a greater or less rotation with or against the clock fine-tunes the device. A preferred adjustment element is a shaft parallel to the pull roller, wherein the shaft is also rotatable, whereby a device attached directly or indirectly to this adjusting element can be adjusted to a greater or lower tension appropriate to the trajectory of the web material against the pull roller. The present invention also relates, in a sixth aspect, to a device for counteracting foil winding, wherein the at least one resilient element is configured to cooperate with at least one recess in the pull roller. This makes it possible to place resilient elements in contact with pull rollers, where there is a cooperative effect between the recesses of the pull rolls and the resilient elements, so that the resilient elements can lie down in the recesses and preferably under the surface of the fiction material and the outer diameter under the web material. However, in situations where tensile rollers do not have recesses, the resilient elements may still be below the surface (diameter) of the friction material if the fiction material has a greater thickness than the resilient elements. The present invention also relates, in a seventh aspect, to a device for counteracting foil winding, wherein the at least one resilient element is substantially symmetrical with respect to the web material conveyed. By symmetrical is meant here that with a device having a resilient element, then the element is placed in the center of the web material, there are two resilient elements, they are located at substantially the same distance from the center and so on. DK 2016 70787 A1 This allows for uniform contact with the web material so that the web material is not pushed or guided away from the optimum forward direction. The present invention also relates, in an eighth aspect, to a device for counteracting foil winding, wherein the resilient element is at least a leaf spring. This enables a resilient member capable of being attached to an adjusting member directly or indirectly where one, two or more can be placed side by side or on top of each other as desired and needed for. The present invention also relates, in a ninth aspect, to a device for counteracting film winding, wherein the at least one leaf spring is between 0.2 mm and 0.4 mm in thickness, but preferably between 0.25 mm and 0.35 mm in thickness. thickness. This allows leaf springs with the desired properties to be used alone or in combination with each other. If a spring is needed it can have a thickness, two springs can be used they can have the same thickness or a different thickness etc. The present invention also relates, in a tenth aspect, to a device for counteracting foil winding, the device being at least partially made of stainless steel. This makes it possible to use the device for food packaging. Other alternative material choices are plastic and aluminum either as separate elements or as sub-elements. A stainless steel device will help reduce the static electricity resulting from the friction of the rotating parts against the web material. Application description The invention will now be explained in more detail by describing non-limiting embodiments with reference to the drawings, in which: FIG. 1 shows an apparatus for packaging FIG. 2 shows the path of a web material past a tow roller DK 2016 70787 A1 FIG. 3 shows two pull rollers displaced relative to each other with mounted devices for counteracting foil winding FIG. 4 shows part of figure 3 in magnification FIG. 5 is a plan view of a device for counteracting foil winding FIG. 6 is a bottom view of a device for counteracting foil winding In the description of the figures, identical or similar elements will be denoted by the same reference numerals in the various figures. Thus, no explanation of every detail will be given in connection with each figure / embodiment. List of referral names Apparatus Course Material Lane Pull roll Heading direction, web material Turning Roller Folding Box Traction Roll / sealing roll Direction of rotation, pull roller device adjusting element Spring element Securing element Rotational directions, adjusting element Reces leaf spring Center axis, pull roller friction material DK 2016 70787 A1 Detailed description of the invention Figure 1 shows an example of an apparatus 1 for packaging, in which web material 2 is conveyed in several adjacent webs 3. Figure 2 shows the path of a web material past a pull roller 4, the web material 2 having a forward direction 5, wherein the web material first passes a turning roller 6 and then a pull roller 4 before the web material 2 passes a folding box 7 on the further path of the web material towards a forward roller / sealing roller 8. The pull roller (s) 4 used are preferably driven by frequency controlled gear motors (not shown). The speed of a tow roller is adjusted from a control panel and is preferably set at the same speed as the packing speed in mm / second and is set to follow the production speed. The figure also shows that the pull roller 4 has a direction of rotation 9, and that a device 10 is positioned relative to the pull roller 4 and at least partially rotates around the pull roller 4. Furthermore, the figure shows that the device 10 at least partially around the pull roll 4 is additionally attached to an adjusting element 11 which is also positioned relative to the pull roll 4. From Figure 2, the invention and its function can be readily explained by the web material 2 stopping its movement in the forward direction 5 when no advance is made from the forward roller 8. This means that the web material 2 is without tension and thus the device 10 will push the web material 2 away from the tow roller 4 and winding of web material around the tow roller 4 is thereby avoided. When the advance roller 8 starts again, the web material 2 is again tensioned against the pull roller 4 and thus the device 10 will also be pressed against the pull roller 4. Figure 3 and Figure 4 show basically the same, Figure 4 though in more detail, but the figures show two pull rollers 4 which are offset relative to each other with mounted devices 10 for counteracting film winding. The reason that there are two pull rollers 4 is because the webs 3 (see figure f) on the respective apparatus 1 are so close that the web materials 2 cannot lie side by side on only one pull roll 4 and therefore the web materials 2 lie offset such that the web material 2 of each other web lies DK 2016 70787 A1 on one pull roller 4 and each other web's web material 2 lies on the other pull roller 4. Each web material 2 thus passes only one of the two pull rolls shown 4. Each pull roller 4 has friction material 18 on at least part of the the surface contacting the web material 2 to gain control over the web material 2, where the fiction material 18 is preferably a plurality of O-rings or, for example, a piece of silicone tube. The figures show that the device 10 in the embodiment shown here comprises two resilient elements 12 for each web 3 and wherein the resilient elements 12 extend at least partially around the pull roller 4, where it is also seen that the device 10 is placed directly on a fastening element 13 and thus indirectly on an adjustment element 11 which is positioned relative to the pull roller 4. This means that when the web material 2 is free of tension, the resilient elements 12 of the device will push the web material 2 away from the friction material 18 on the pull roller 4 and winding web material 2 around the pull roller 4 is thereby avoided. When the tension roll 8 starts again, the web material 2 is again clamped against the pull roll 4 and thus the spring elements 12 of the device will also be pressed against the pull roll 4, whereby the spring elements 12 of the device will also prevent the web material 2 from being able to enter under or between the pull roll. 4 and the fastener 13. Figure 4 further shows that the adjusting element 11 has rotational directions 14 clockwise and counterclockwise, whereby an adjustment of the spring tension of the resilient elements 12 is thereby possible. Figure 4 also shows that the resilient elements 12 cooperate with recesses 15 in the pull roller 4. Figures 3 and 4 also show that the resilient elements 12 are substantially symmetrical with respect to the web material 2 (see Figure 1), and that the resilient element 12 is a leaf spring 16. Figure 5 shows a device 10 for counteracting foil winding in an embodiment seen from above, where it is also seen that the spring elements 12 of the device are positioned relative to the pull roll 4 and at least partially around the roll roll 4. Likewise It is seen that the resilient elements 12 are configured to cooperate with recesses 15 in the pull roller 4, and that the resilient elements f2 are substantially symmetrically positioned relative to the web material 2 (see Figure 1). Figure 6 shows a device 10 for counteracting foil winding in an embodiment seen from below, showing that the resilient elements 12 extend at least partially around the pull roller 4. DK 2016 70787 A1
